"The promos feel kind of random"
I don’t know, the offers just don’t really feel like they’re meant for me. I keep seeing promos for stuff I’m not interested in, and after a while I kind of stop paying attention because it feels like too much noise.

"Really happy with my climbing gear"
I ordered a pair of climbing shoes and a chalk bag from EpicTV, i’m really pleased with them. The shoes feel sturdy and well-made, and the chalk bag actually turned out nicer than I expected. The only small downside was that the box arrived a bit beat up, but thankfully everything inside was totally fine. Overall, I’d definitely order from them again. It’s always such a good feeling when gear shows up and you’re genuinely excited to use it.

"Good gear selection, just wish sizing was better stocked"
I’ve had a good experience shopping here. They actually have a solid mix of gear, and I found a few things I couldn’t seem to track down anywhere else, like specific colorways, certain accessories, random replacement pieces, and even a couple of items that were sold out on bigger sites. The website is easy enough to use, kind of straightforward, and I didn’t have any major issues browsing, searching, adding stuff to my cart, checking out, all that. My only real complaint is the sizing can be hit or miss. Like I’ll find a jacket I want, but only the tiny sizes are left, or shoes in the style I like but not my size, or gloves where every normal size is gone. Overall, I’d shop here again, I just wish they kept more sizes in stock more consistently.

I’ve ordered from epictv a few times now, and the loyalty rewards are actually decent. The points add up faster than I expected, and I was able to get a nice discount on my last order. A lot of shops have rewards that don’t feel all that useful, so this was actually a nice surprise.

"Delivery was slower than expected"
I ordered from EpicTV because I needed the item for a trip I was planning, and I’d been comparing a few shops online while having coffee one morning. The delivery ended up taking longer than the estimate, which was frustrating. The tracking didn’t update for several days either, so I had to chase it up myself instead of just being able to check where it was. To be fair, the item did arrive eventually and it was perfectly fine when it got here, but the whole delivery side of things was a bit annoying. I’m not sure I’d use them again if I needed something quickly

Had to ask about cam sizing. Rope specs too. Was expecting the usual copy-paste reply, but nope. They explained it in normal words, which was nice. Order showed up fine, no drama. Just felt like they actually use or understand the gear, not just trying to sell it.

"Warranty claim got sorted, just took while"
I had to make warranty claim on something I bought from EpicTV. To be fair, they did sort it out in the end, which was good, but it definitely took longer than I thought it would. I had to chase them for updates couple of times, which was bit annoying. The support team was polite enough, just not very fast. Overall, not bad experience, but not great one either.
